Torna alla Fiera di Genova dal 27 al 30 maggio Slow Fish, organizzato da Regione Liguria e Slow Food, la manifestazione internazionale a cadenza biennale totalmente dedicata al mondo ittico e alle sue problematiche, giunta alla quinta edizione.
A Slow Fish, attraverso convegni, incontri, laboratori e degustazioni si parla di produzione ittica sostenibile e consumo responsabile relativamente al mare e agli ecosistemi acquatici.
L’edizione 2011 porrà l’accento sul mestiere del pescatore.

Slow Fish is an international event organised every two years by the Liguria Regional Council and Slow Food and entirely devoted to the world of fishing and its main issues and themes. This year, its fifth edition will be held at Fiera di Genova from 27 to 30 May.
At Slow Fish, various conferences, meetings, workshops and tasting sessions will contribute to promoting a debate on the themes of sustainable fish production and the responsible consumption and use of the sea and of aquatic ecosystems.
The 2011 edition will focus in particular on the fishing profession.
